Our virtual assistants work during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST.  You need a quiet environment where you can make and receive calls in a private setting as you will be working with Protected Health Information (PHI).  Our virtual assistants work as teams assigned to practices so there is always coverage available if someone is unavailable, sick, or out of the office.
