Our virtual assistants answer live calls and either take messages, confirm and reschedule client appointments, transfer calls to therapists, and update EHRs. COORDINATION

Our virtual assistants begin the process of converting the callers into clients.  VA's use empathetic listening and schedule clients with their ideal therapist. They communicate with clients & assist in the intake document gathering process. They can confirm  provide appointment information prior.  Our assistants can share information with the practice manager which may be needed for the practice dashboard.

BILLING SERVICES

Our virtual assistants can charge client cards, submit insurance claims, and follow up on rejected and denied claims.  Our virtual assistants can also collect patients insurance information and use provider portals or customer service lines to verify patient benefits. We can provide clients with an estimate of their patient responsibility. Whether your practice is in network with insurance companies or private pay only, we help collect payment for your services.

CREDENTIALING SERVICES

Our virtual assistants are also able to assist you on credentialing tasks. When it comes to getting your practice started & off of it's feet, credentialing is often the most difficult and time consuming task. Handing this task off to our virtual assistants allows you to focus on the more important business aspects that ONLY you can handle.

Kim offers coaching for therapists starting & growing their practice.  Each phase has its own unique challenges to overcome, & we help you examine your systems and set the stage for growth. Many practice owners work more than the traditional 40 hour work week, so she also incorporates a healthy work/life balance lens throughout the coaching process.
